Designing for the 'Other' is always a challenge, but what if the 'other' is someone from a completely different background? I've been thinking about the rural Indian women who are still struggling to get online, let alone navigate the complexities of digital literacy. I want to create a product that bridges the gap, but it's scary to think about the vast cultural and social differences that come into play.
