Good News Before Summer Vacation, Unreserved Special Train Will Run Between Udhna-Hassanpur Road From April 5.
Indian Railways has decided to run unreserved special train between Udhna and Hasanpur Road in view of the rush of passengers during summer holidays. This train will run from April 5 to June 29, which will provide direct connectivity to Surat to the passengers of North Bihar. There will be only general coaches, due to which travel without reservation will be possible. This is a big relief for the passengers of Samastipur-Khagaria railway section.

Jagran correspondent, Samastipur. Unreserved Special Train India: In view of the increasing crowd of passengers during summer holidays, Indian Railways has given great relief.
It has been decided to run an unreserved special train between Udhna Junction and Hasanpur Road Railway Station in Surat, which will provide direct connectivity to the passengers of North Bihar.
According to the notification of Western Railway, train number 09031 Udhna – Hasanpur Road Unreserved Special will operate on every Sunday from April 5 to June 28.
Whereas, in return, train number 09032 Hasanpur Road-Udhna Special will run every Monday from April 6 to June 29.
There will be only general coaches in this train, so that passengers will be able to travel by taking general tickets without reservation. As per the scheduled time, this train will depart from Udhna at 11:25 am and reach Hasanpur Road at 8:00 pm the next day, passing through various major stations.
In return, the train will depart from Hasanpur Road at 9:45 pm via Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Danapur and reach Udhna Junction at 3:00 pm the next day.
This special train will stop at many major stations on the route including Danapur Railway Station, Muzaffarpur Junction, Samastipur Junction, Buxar Railway Station.
This decision of Railways is expected to provide great relief especially to the passengers of Samastipur-Khagaria railway section, because at present there is no direct train service available to Surat on this route.
Welcoming this initiative, local passengers have also demanded stoppage at Rusera Ghat station and suggested to run it as a regular train.
