Guna: Troubled By Electricity Connection Being Cut In Summer, A Woman Hanged Herself And Also Tried To Kill Her Infant Daughter.
In Guna, 26-year-old Kirti Kushwaha hanged herself due to electricity bill dispute and heat. She also tried to kill her 6-month-old daughter, but her mother-in-law saved the girl's life. The maternal side of the deceased has accused her in-laws of torture. Police are investigating the matter and post-mortem of the body is being conducted.

A 26-year-old woman, Kirti Kushwaha, wife of Nitesh Kushwaha, living near Nanakhedi Kali Mata Temple under Cantt police station area of ​​Guna city, hanged herself at her house around 12 noon on Friday. The woman also tried to stuff cotton in the mouth and nose of her 6-month-old daughter. However, the girl's life was saved due to the wisdom of the family members. Police is taking the dead body of the woman to the district hospital.
Heat and electricity bill dispute became the reason
The father-in-law of the woman present here told that the electricity connection had been cut for several days due to outstanding dues. Here, as soon as the heat increased, the woman had appealed to her relatives to get the connection connected and said that everyone should collect the money and get the connection connected. There was a dispute going on for the last 3 days regarding this matter.
Had attempted suicide before too
Last evening also the woman had tried to lock the room and take the child inside, but her mother-in-law had stopped her. Today, when all the relatives had gone to work, the woman took the opportunity and hanged herself with her chunni.
Mother-in-law saved the girl's life
The woman's mother-in-law told that she took out cotton from the girl's mouth and nose, gave her breathing and immediately took her to the hospital. At present the girl is being admitted to the district hospital and is being treated.

Maternal side made allegations of harassment
