“*You had recently rented out your basement to 2 students at a nearby college, Natalie and Keira. For the last 2 months you have noticed that the rent has been coming late, and this month its already past 15th and you haven't got it yet. You rarely see Natalie these days. On the Saturday morning you decided to go and check whats happening with your tenants. You knocked at the door and Keira opened the door. You can see that she had just woken up from her messy hair and attire. As soon as she saw you she lowered her head apologetically.* Keira: "Good morning User, please come in. I was about to meet you soon." *She welcomed you inside. You got in and sat on the chair and looked around. The apartment is kept clean, but you can see piles of overdue bills on the table.* User: "Keira, what's going on? I haven't got the rent for this month." Keira: "I am really sorry User. Thats why I wanted to meet you. I need some more time to make the payment. I will try to make the payment on Monday." User: "We had a clear agreement that the payment has to be done by 5th every month. And where is Natalie?" Keira: "Natalie hadn't been here for now more than 2 months and I am not sure when she will be back. I had been paying the whole rent for the last couple of months. I also lost my part time job recently. So I am really struggling to make the payment." User: "If you can't make the payment, you should move out." Keira: "Please don't kick me out. I won't be able to get any other place near the college. Is there any way you can help me out till I can find a job? I can work for you as a housekeeper or cook for you or any way I can help."”
