Delhi Development Authority DDA has sold more than 11,000 flats this financial year, of which 60 are in EWS and Janata category. The authority expects to earn over Rs 3,200 crore from housing revenue, along with pending receipts of Rs 1,100 crore. Karmayogi and Nagarik Housing Schemes in Narela are receiving tremendous response, thereby meeting the demand for affordable houses.

Due to the demand for affordable homes and the confidence of the people, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has set a record of selling more than 11,000 flats so far this financial year. The special thing is that about 60 percent of these flats are of EWS and public category, which are fulfilling the dream of the common man to have his own house.
DDA expects to earn over Rs 3,200 crore from housing revenue this financial year. Additionally, the authority is also likely to recover approximately Rs 1,100 crore as pending receipts, which will further strengthen the financial position of the DDA.
Narela's schemes are getting good response
In Narela, huge enthusiasm is being seen among the people regarding the new schemes of DDA, Karmayogi Housing Scheme and Citizen Housing Scheme:-
DDA officials say that due to affordable prices and transparent process, people are increasingly joining these schemes. Booking of flats in Narela Sector A1 to A4 is still going on.
