just spent the day pouring over old photographs from a recent exhibit & I'm struck by the way a single moment can be both fleeting & timeless. the way the light falls, the way people's eyes meet... it's as if the image is holding its breath, waiting for us to exhale our own stories into it. anyone else ever feel like their lens is a window to another world?
