In the Farmer Registry which has been running for more than one and a half years, till now only about 75 percent of the farmers in the five tehsils of the district have been able to qualify to avail the benefits of the government schemes. Presently 25 percent farmers are not able to get farmer registry.

Various schemes are being run for farmers including Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi, Crop Loan, Prime Minister Crop Insurance Compensation, Disaster Relief.

In order to bring transparency and provide benefits to all the farmers, also to solve the problems arising out of land disputes among the farmers etc. and to prepare the data of the farmers with every same name and father's name from the Bhulekh Department of the Revenue Department and make it available online to the state, it was made mandatory for the farmers to get the farmer registration done in the month of September last year, but even after more than one and a half years, the registry of 25 percent farmers is still pending.

If the registration of these farmers is not done in the month of March, then first of all the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi will be stopped. In the instructions received from the government, it has been clearly said to stop the government schemes.
