Outrage Over Non-filing Of Case Against Electrical Workers Including JE In Etawah, Siege Of Police Station, Now Will Surround Power House

BJP workers surrounded the police station in Chakarnagar, Etawah. They were angry over the FIR not being registered against the electrical team in Manpura village for pushing a 12-year-old boy from the roof. The child is seriously injured. Police assured investigation, but BJP members threatened to gherao the power plant on Saturday if a case is not registered.

In village Manpura, angry over the non-filing of report on the electrical team for pushing a 12-year-old boy from the roof even on the third day, BJP workers surrounded the police station and raised slogans, demanding registration of a case against the Junior Engineer (JE) and other personnel. BJP members threatened to gherao the power house with hundreds of workers on Saturday if the case was not filed.

On Wednesday evening, Ansh, 12-year-old son of Anil Kumar, resident of Manpura village, was seriously injured after falling from the roof. The victim Alka Devi had alleged that five electrical workers, including the JE, climbed onto the roof from behind the wall and pushed Ansh, who was on the roof, while snatching the cable, due to which he fell down from the roof and got injured. It is being told that the teenager is admitted in a private hospital in Gwalior in a critical condition.

In this matter, when a case was not registered on the complaint of the victim, on Friday afternoon, former block chief Mukesh Singh Rajawat and block chief representative Rakesh Yadav, along with half a hundred local leaders and villagers surrounded the police station with the victim's family and raised slogans against the electrical workers. After which the police personnel assured to investigate the matter and register a case within 12 hours.

If the case was not filed, BJP leaders again warned of surrounding the police station and power substation. A large number of people including Mandal President Shekhar Chauhan, General Secretary Sonu Gautam, former Mandal President Gaurav Gurjar, Booth President Rajjan Tiwari, Ramveer Chauhan, Aditya Tiwari, Sachendra, Deepak Prajapati, Hariom Rajawat were present.

In this regard, police station in-charge Balram Mishra said that the case has not been filed yet, BJP members had come to the police station, they have given a complaint which will be investigated first and then further action will be taken.
