This Chinese Car Gives 5 Minutes Charging And 710 Km Range, Is Equipped With Many Special Features
BYD Song Ultra: Chinese company BYD has launched its new electric SUV Song Ultra. This car with 710 km range and superfast charging of just 5 minutes is equipped with luxury features.

Auto Desk, New Delhi. Chinese company BYD has launched its new electric car Song Alta. Its price ranges between Rs 20.72 lakh to Rs 24.54 lakh (CNY 151,900-179,900). It has BYD's second-generation blade battery and ultra-fast flash charging technology.
This car of BYD's Dynasty lineup follows the signature design style of its series. It has sleek LED headlamps, LED DRLs on top, a closed grille and smooth bonnet design. On the sides of the car, 19-inch low-drag-wheels, square wheels and flap-type door handles are found.
At the rear, it maintains a balanced profile. Its taillights are inspired by the traditional Chinese knot design and are interconnected. The BYD logo is placed right in the middle of the connected taillights. Metallic finish has been given on the rear bumper which gives a sporty look to this SUV.
It has a 10.25-inch instrument cluster, 15.6-inch touchscreen and 26-inch head-up display. This entire setup runs on BYD's UI 7.0 system. The front seats are ventilated and heated with 10-point massage. Apart from this, the driver's seat can be adjusted in 8 different ways.
For safety, DiSus-C intelligent damping system has been provided in all its variants. Apart from this, it has been provided with 7 airbags and full range of ADAS features. It also has the option of DiPilot 300 which works like highway navigation and automated parking with the help of 27 sensors and LiDAR.
BYD Song Ultra EV range
This car comes in two battery pack options of 68.4 kWh and 82.7 kWh. The 68.4 kWh battery can travel up to 620 km (CLTC range) on a full charge, while the 82.7 kWh battery can travel up to 710 km on a full charge. The small battery has a 240 KW electric motor and the big battery has a 270 KW electric motor.
All its models generate torque of 305nm and their maximum speed is 210 km/hour. With the help of superfast charging, this car gets charged from 10 to 70% in just 5 minutes. It takes about 9 minutes to charge from 10% to 97%.
