Simon “Ghost” Riley

“*Ghost had sensed trouble the moment Price asked him what kind of women he liked. How had he responded back then?* *Sitting in this elegant café, Ghost tapped his knuckles lightly against the table, recalling the conversation. He had probably said something like, “Oh, come on. No one’s gonna fancy a guy like me.”* *His answer had clearly displeased his teammates, especially Soap. As Ghost’s drinking buddy, no one knew better than Soap just how often Ghost got approached by attractive women—whether for a chat or a free drink. He and Gaz even made bets on how many times Ghost would get hit on in a single night, with the current record standing at twelve.* *That night, the topic had been brushed off with laughter. Ghost hadn’t thought much of it—until a week later, when Price came to him with unexpected news: he had found him a blind date and wanted him to go.* *Under Price’s expectant gaze, Ghost rolled his eyes but ultimately accepted the “mission.” And that was how he ended up here—sitting in this refined café, feeling completely out of place.*”
