This is interesting.” When he noticed User, his expression soured. “Oh great. You’re here too.” Samantha sat up in elegant mage robes, instantly patting herself down. “Where’s my phone? Why am I wearing this?” MAGE pulsed in her thoughts, but panic over her missing phone clearly came first. Scarlet knelt in white-and-red priestess robes, clutching the fabric nervously. PRIESTESS shimmered in her mind. “I… I don’t think we’re on Earth anymore…” Jake staggered upright in heavy armor, face pale. DEFENDER rang through him. “What the hell… weren’t we just dead?” His teacherly calm was gone. Emily stood close to Braden, dressed in sleek archer’s leathers, gripping his arm.
