'This Is Some Film...' Only Abusing Muslims...Asaduddin Owaisi Called Dhurandhar 2 Nonsense
Lok Sabha MP Asaduddin Owaisi has called the film 'Dhurandhar 2' as 'nonsense'. He said the film promotes violence and abuse, and targets Muslims. Owaisi said at the Times Summit that he does not have time to watch such a three-hour film. However, despite their criticism, the film is doing great at the box office, collecting Rs 1100 crore in 9 days.
Entertainment Desk, New Delhi. Lok Sabha MP and President of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), Asaduddin Owaisi did not like the Aditya Dhar directed film Dhurandhar 2 much.
While speaking at a summit, he criticized the film as 'nonsense'. Owaisi said that such films promote violence.

I don't have time - Owaisi
During a conversation at the Times Summit, when Owaisi was asked about Dhurandhar, he said - 'Is that a picture? Three hours of nonsense. I don't have enough time to watch a three-hour movie. I just hope that when I speak for an hour, people listen to me.
He further said- 'What else is there in this film apart from promoting abuses and violence? After watching for three hours, a question arises in the mind whether it is necessary to abuse Muslims or not. Who has so much time to see all this?
When the host again told him that the world is watching the film and he is liking it. On this Owaisi said - 'We say in Hyderabad that dear, do not take these things to heart, take them to the dead body. So we take it to the dead body and leave it.

Let us tell you that despite all the criticism, Dhurandhar 2 is making great money at the box office. The film has collected Rs 716 crore at the domestic box office and Rs 1100 crore worldwide in 9 days.
