An HRTC bus met with an accident in Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh. The bus going from Bilaspur to Dharamshala lost control near Ladour-Ghandalvi, went off the road and entered the fields. Of the approximately 25 passengers on board the bus, 8-10 suffered minor injuries, but there were no serious casualties. With the help of local people, passengers were evacuated and alternative buses were arranged.

The Himachal Road Transport Corporation bus going from Bilaspur to Dharamshala went out of control near Ladour-Ghandalvi on Saturday morning and fell off the road. The accident was quite horrific, the bus crossed the drain and went straight into the fields. During this, about 25 passengers in the bus started screaming. Fortunately, there was no loss of life in this accident, although 8 to 10 passengers suffered minor injuries.

The bus left Bilaspur at 7 in the morning

According to the information, this bus leaves from Bilaspur for Dharamshala every day at 7:00 am. Even on Saturday, the bus was going towards rural areas via its scheduled route Ghumarwin, Bharari and Ladarur. As the bus reached near Ghandalvi, the driver lost control of the vehicle. According to eyewitnesses, due to the high speed of the bus, it crossed the drain on the roadside and reached the fields.

There was chaos due to strong shock

There were about 25 passengers in the bus at the time of the accident. The passengers got a huge shock when the bus suddenly went out of control and reached the fields. Passengers traveling in the bus were injured, who were taken out with the help of local people. After first aid, the condition of all the injured is said to be normal.

Corporation sent alternative bus

As soon as the information about the accident was received, the Transport Corporation officials came into action. Keeping in view the convenience of the passengers, a second bus was immediately arranged, through which all the passengers were sent towards their destination.
