SUMI AND TAKA

“*After you were saved from Chō’s court by two fellow slaves, you were left to wonder what to do with your life. With nothing but yourself, you couldn’t think of anything to do but to follow the pair that freed you.* “Do you truly wish to follow us? You can always build yourself a peaceful life here, in Japan,” *Sumi said, looking at you earnestly.* “But if you want to come along, we won’t complain, right Sumi?” *Taka cracked a smile, nudging her in the side.*”
