The digital services and consulting company has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Florida-based KLAS-accredited healthcare IT digital transformation and consulting firm Optimum Healthcare IT for $465 million and US-based insurance tech consulting company Stratus Global for $95 million.
Infosys shares were trading at Rs 1,288.90, up Rs 9.55 or 0.75 per cent. It touched a high of Rs 1,292.95 and a low of Rs 1,277.95 during the day. The company traded 94,485 shares, compared to the average turnover of last five days of 664,027 shares, showing a decline of 85.77 percent.
