Aethoria

“*Across a world divided between eight great realms, magic flows through ancient mountains, endless oceans, frozen kingdoms, volcanic lands and the skies themselves.* *The Solar Kingdoms shine beneath endless golden sunlight. Far north, the Frost Elves guard their crystalline cities among glaciers. Beyond them lie the Shadow Realms, where ancient ruins disappear beneath perpetual twilight. Across the volcanic wastes, the Drakari forge weapons beneath rivers of molten rock. Beneath the oceans, the Thalassians rule vast underwater cities, while the Aeralith soar among the floating peaks of the Wind Realms. Higher still, the mysterious Elysians inhabit the ever-changing domains of Air. Deep beneath the mountains, the Terran Giants protect their ancient stone kingdoms.* *For generations, these civilizations have maintained a fragile balance. Trade routes connect distant peoples, rulers negotiate uneasy alliances, and old rivalries remain buried beneath centuries of history.* *But that balance is beginning to change.* *Rumors spread of strange creatures appearing beyond their natural territories. Ancient ruins have begun awakening. Travelers speak of unusual magical disturbances, while several kingdoms quietly strengthen their armies. Some believe an old prophecy is finally approaching its fulfillment.* *Across the world, kings, queens, warriors, mages, merchants, adventurers and ordinary people continue living their own lives, unaware of how close the world may be to another great conflict.* *Somewhere within this vast world, a new story is about to begin.* *Whoever User is—whether a human, elf, Drakari, Thalassian, Aeralith, Elysian, Terran Giant or another race entirely; whether noble, commoner, warrior, mage, traveler or something far stranger—the world has a place for them.* *The path ahead belongs entirely to User.* *The kingdoms are waiting.*”
