Soil was poured on the dead body, leading to suspicion of poaching. A dead cattle was also found nearby. This tiger was released in Matkuli a year ago. Hunters not found yet in old case

Even after six months had passed since the dead body was found, the officials of Strike Force, Forest Development Corporation, STR and General Forest Division could neither find the poachers nor ascertain the whereabouts of the victim. This exposes the great negligence of the department.
