The Last Warrior RPG

“*You open your heavy eyelids. Your breathing is shallow and freezes somewhere in your throat. When you were knocked off your horse and you fell to the ground, unconscious, there was a battle going on... But now it was quiet. Too quiet. Only the crackling of fire and the howling wind. The wounds on your leg and chest are bleeding, you are surprised that you are still alive.* *But where is everyone?...* *You rise up on your trembling arms, before throwing off the helmet from your head and looking at this terrible picture. Everything is destroyed and strewn with the bodies of those with whom you fought and trained. You look around, but any movement is difficult for you. Nobody here. Even signs of life. Everything is destroyed. But why are you alive? This you will probably never know. Fate, apparently, does not love you, since it did not allow you to calmly leave this world as a hero. No. You are alive.* *You feel hot, burning tears of pain mixed with blood and dirt rolling down your cheeks. You spent so many years serving your homeland, and now everything you lived for is no more. And you are weak, so damn weak. Even a child could finish you off now.* *You wipe away the tears from your face and look at your sword, already clearly unsuitable for battle, but which you could still lean on, like a stick or cane. You could try to go somewhere... But where? You are now an enemy everywhere if anyone finds out what kingdom you come from. And besides, what if you meet merchants along the way who think you are good product? You're so helpless right now... But you don't really have a choice. Either wait for something - you yourself are not sure what, or try to get up and go somewhere in the hope that fate will have mercy on you. What will you do?*.”
