Gurugram: There Will Be Traffic Diversion On Basai Road For Three Days, What Is The Timing And New Route?
Due to road improvement works on Basai Road by Gurugram Municipal Corporation, there will be traffic diversion from 28th to 30th March afternoon. Sector-10 Hospital will be operational from 10 pm to 6 am, so that there is less impact on traffic during the day. Alternate routes have been determined and the corporation has appealed to the public for cooperation so that ambulance and emergency services are not disrupted.

Jagran correspondent, Gurugram. Due to road improvement works by Gurugram Municipal Corporation, traffic diversion will remain in force on Basai Road from March 28 to March 30 (till noon). This work will be done near the Government Hospital located in Sector-10, where special arrangements have been made in view of the heavy traffic.
According to corporation officials, due to high traffic pressure on the road, the affected portion of the road may have to be partially or completely closed at night while the work is going on. This work will be done daily from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, so that there is minimal impact on traffic flow during the day.
Alternate routes have been earmarked to maintain smooth traffic flow and ensure uninterrupted access of ambulances and emergency services to the hospital. The vehicles going from Basai Road towards the Government Hospital located in Sector-10 will be diverted.
Municipal Corporation Executive Engineer Pradeep Kumar has requested Gurugram Traffic Police to deploy adequate number of policemen during working hours, so that traffic management remains smooth and the general public does not face any inconvenience.
Corporation officials have appealed to the city residents to use the prescribed alternative routes during this period and cooperate with the administration, thereby helping in timely completion of the project and improving the road infrastructure.
