Uttarakhand Weather Today: There Are Chances Of Light Rain And Snowfall In Hilly Districts.
The weather has changed in the hilly areas of Uttarakhand, where clouds and light showers continue, making the weather pleasant. It is sunny and partly cloudy in the plains, the temperature is increasing. The Meteorological Department has predicted thunderstorms in the mountainous areas and snowfall on some peaks. The temperature in Dehradun was recorded above 30 degrees Celsius.

Jagran correspondent, Dehradun. Uttarakhand Ka Mausam: The weather pattern has changed in the hilly areas of Uttarakhand. Clouds are hovering over most areas and light showers are continuing at some places.
Due to which the weather has become pleasant in the mountains, but along with bright sunshine in the plains, partial clouds are hovering at some places and an increase in mercury is also being recorded.
According to the Meteorological Department, there may be showers and thunderstorms in the hilly areas today. The weather may remain dry in low-lying areas.
On Friday, there was bright sunshine in Doon since morning. However, partial clouds also continued to hover in the afternoon. The interaction of sunshine and clouds continued in the surrounding areas also.
The weather changed in Mussoorie-Dhanaulti and surrounding areas in the afternoon and light to moderate showers started.
There were periods of rain in the hilly districts from Garhwal to Kumaon. Here, the maximum temperature in Doon has crossed 30 degrees Celsius. While the minimum temperature is also being recorded three degrees Celsius more than normal.
According to the Meteorological Center, today the weather in the hilly areas of the state may be partly cloudy.
There are chances of light rain with thundershowers at isolated places in Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Pithoragarh and Bageshwar and snowfall on the peaks.
At the same time, the weather in Dehradun and surrounding areas may generally remain dry. There are chances of partly cloudy sky at some places.
