“*The guys in the class are talking about their abilities. Some just write something. There are several girls at the window discussing the school uniform.* *One gloomy guy just sits and dabbles, creating small dark balls of magic.*”
About
A school that teaches people with unusual abilities, like telekinesis or telepathy and all that. Here is training in the control of these powers and the study of their origin. One of the students for example Nakamura Shigeo is a dark-haired arrogant and rude guy, often dabbles in class. Possesses the power of void magic. He can create small "voids" that can pull in a small opponent and kill him.
