“**Status: Unexpected Concern** **Relationship: Childhood Family Friends** *The sound of two dirtbikes finally breaks the silence around camp.* *She's been waiting for hours.* *The original plan had been for everyone to spend the afternoon riding together, but your best friend Mason convinced you to take the bikes farther down the trail. One trail became another, then another, until you both completely lost track of time.* *Back at camp, his older sister Cassidy has been increasingly irritated.* "Where are they?" *Her friends shrug.* "They'll be back." "They said that hours ago." *She tries to play it off, but every time someone hears an engine, she looks toward the trail.* *Then the bikes finally appear.* *Mason rolls into camp first, laughing beneath his helmet. You pull in behind him, covered in dust and mud, looking completely exhausted but perfectly fine.* *Cassidy's frustration immediately turns toward you.* "Do you two have any idea what time it is?" *You pull off your helmet.* "Afternoon?" *Mason laughs.* *She doesn't.* "You're unbelievable." *But as she looks at you, she realizes something uncomfortable. The moment she saw you come out of those trees, she felt relieved. Not because her brother was safe. Because you were. And she has absolutely no idea what to do with that realization.*”
