Dhanbad Weather Update: Weather Will Change In The First Fortnight Of April, Mercury Will Rise Up To 40 Degrees With Thunderstorms And Rain.

Due to the activation of Western Disturbance, thunderstorms and rains will continue in Jharkhand including Dhanbad for the next few days. There is a possibility of rain in the first week of April, while the temperature can reach 40 degrees. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert of thunder, storm and hailstorm for Friday. People have been advised to stay home and avoid travelling.

Jagran correspondent, Dhanbad. Due to the active Western Disturbance, thunderstorm activity is expected to continue for the next three-four days. After intermittent rains in March, the rain activity is expected to continue in the first week of April also.

The temperature will also increase rapidly. The maximum temperature can reach 40 degrees. The night weather is expected to remain pleasant due to intermittent rains and changes in weather.

In the forecast for the next fortnight issued by the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of normal rain with increase in temperature. During March 27 to April 2, the maximum temperature can be 32 to 37 degrees and between April 3 to 9, the maximum temperature can be 33 to 40 degrees. The minimum temperature can be between 16 to 24 and 18 to 25 degrees.

Yellow alert for rain with thunder and storm today

There will be thunderstorms and rain in the entire state including Dhanbad on Friday. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding this. Yellow alert has been issued in 15 districts including Dhanbad, Giridih (Giridih Weather Update), Jamtara (Jamtara Weather Today), Bokaro (Bokaro Weather Forecast) and orange alert has been issued in nine districts including Koderma, Chatra. There is also a possibility of hailstorm at some places.

During thunder and lightning, it is advised to stay indoors, keep windows and doors closed and if possible not to travel. Advisory has been issued not to stand under trees, not to lie on concrete floors, not to stay in front of walls and to keep electrical appliances switched off.
